How do I succeed in my job?

I just started sell life insurance and I’m great with people and there is deffinatly potential to make some money. I need some good tactics on cold calling and getting people to be interested in the products. So far I’ve basically just been being honest and trying to help people, I know that this job shouldn’t just be about the money but I’ve got to make some dough.

    I think Tom “Big Al” Schrieter offers great tips for people in the sales field…. granted he is more of an MLM trainer now, but still the concepts work well for all areas of sales.

    I would suggest you go to his fortunenow.com site and sign up for everything free he offers. I think there is a link on his page now for ‘freebie stuff’. He’s not going to sell your email information, so don’t panic about getting a bunch of spam…
