Real estate fastest way to being a millionaire?

Posted by admin
SLOTH asked:

I keep hearing over and over again that millionaires usually got that way through real estate investing and they also became millionaires quicker than anyone else. I’m looking for a study that describes how most of them invested and their common tactics and strategy. I’m not looking for an article that will try to sell me a course or product.
Thanks

Well, the fastestt would be if you won the mega millions or another big lotto, the other ways in the fastes order are:
    Marry into it.
inherit it, assuming you have a rich family.
Make it the old fashion way.
I chose a combination as I married into a family that gave me the fast track to making it in real estate and stocks. You still have to work and put in an effort superior to others, as the more money someone has the harder they usually work.

For many years, every survey of millionaires has shown that 75 percent got to be millionaires by investing in real estate. The reason is very simple. The population in the US is growing. Everyone of these people need a place to live. Real Estate prices just keep going up in most of the US. It is a simple supply and demand thing.

The other part of the path to riches is leverage.
You can borrow most of the money to buy real estate and let renters pay your mortgage.

Start attending RE Seminars and apply what you learn. I recently attended Dave Lindahl’s “How to get rich in apartments step by step” Boot Camp. It was excellent and will benefit you greatly. Or try becoming a member of your local REI group and attend their meetings and network with other people that are doing what you want to do already. It is well worth it.
