    European property buyers are pretty savvy about how the US system works, although you might want to look for an agent that is experienced in international referrals and marketing. You want to find someone that has the Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) qualification.

    While the qualification is rather rare in most of the country, there are quite a few of them in Florida.
